After a project is reviewed and approved, raise a withdrawal request from your dashboard with your name, ID, and amount. Our team will personally reach out over email or WhatsApp to collect your payout details and process it.

No. Serideo never charges joining, training, or verification fees. Any applicable platform charge is shown upfront before you accept a project.
Both. An AI Quality Reviewer gives you real-time suggestions as you work, but every submission is still team-reviewed before it's marked complete.
Yes. This is a separate, optional setting you control from your privacy settings — off by default, doesn't affect your ability to work or get paid, and can be changed anytime.
You get a few AI-assisted suggestions per task. If you're still stuck, you can message a Serideo Help Partner directly from the task screen.
Share your referral link — once someone signs up through it and completes their first project, you'll see it marked as successful in your referral dashboard, and our team will follow up with your reward.
Yes, anytime from your account settings. Your data is permanently removed within 3–4 business days, except for information already used to improve or train Serideo AI, which cannot be reversed.
