Serideo AI ("Serideo", "we", "us") builds human-annotated language data for AI teams. This page explains what we collect from visitors, annotators, and enterprise contacts, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Get in Touch form: name, email, phone number, project timeline, and project description.
- Annotator application: name, email, location, language fluency, education background, a short video introduction, and your responses to our assessment tasks.
- Sign-in: if you use Google or LinkedIn to sign in, we receive your name and email from that provider. We don't receive your password.
- Basic usage data: standard technical information such as browser type and general location, used only to keep the site working correctly.
How we use it
- To review and respond to enterprise or pilot inquiries.
- To evaluate annotator applications and contact successful applicants with paid work.
- To send confirmation emails for form submissions.
- To improve our assessment process and language coverage over time.
How we store it
Submissions are stored in a secured database with row-level access controls, meaning only our team can read submitted data, it is never publicly listable. Video introductions are stored in a private file bucket accessible only to our team.
Who we share it with
We don't sell personal data. Client project data shared with us under a pilot or contract is handled under NDA by default, and access is limited to the annotators and reviewers assigned to that specific project.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing hello@serideo.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Cookies
We use only the minimum technical storage needed to keep the site functional. We don't run third-party advertising trackers.
